Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing high-quality early education and care for every child.

We welcome feedback from parents and carers and encourage families to raise any concerns with us as soon as possible so that we can work together to resolve them.

If you have a concern

In the first instance, please speak to:

Room Leader

They will listen to your concern and work with you to try to resolve the matter informally.

If your concern cannot be resolved informally, you can make a formal complaint in accordance with the Rise Multi Academy Trust Complaints Policy.
